# Team Portrait Pricing, Bundles, and Payment Options

> Studio Collection bundle prices for every portrait style, plus credit card, wire transfer, net-30, and split payment options for orders over $2,500.

The Studio Collection is the standard package for team orders — each bundle includes 10 individually hand-drawn portraits in your chosen style. Prices vary by style, reflecting differences in complexity and detail. All bundles deliver the same high-resolution digital files, two refinement rounds per portrait, and full commercial usage rights. PSD source files are available as an optional add-on for any style.

## Studio Collection pricing

Each Studio Collection bundle covers 10 portraits. Select the style that best fits your organization's visual identity.

## Payment options

Bareface accepts all major credit cards for any team order, regardless of size. For larger projects, additional payment arrangements are available.

## Split payment

For orders totaling **\$2,500 or more**, you can request split payment instead of paying in full upfront:

* **50% deposit** — due at project start when production is confirmed
* **50% final payment** — due upon delivery of completed portraits

Split payment must be requested during the proposal stage before production begins.

## Late payment

Interest accrues on any invoice that remains unpaid more than 60 days after the payment due date, at an annual rate of **5%** (or the highest rate permissible by law). Late payments are credited first to accrued interest, then to any outstanding balance.

## Cancellations

Team orders may be cancelled within **24 business hours of placing the deposit** and only **before production begins**. To request a cancellation, contact [hey@bareface.io](mailto:hey@bareface.io) immediately.

  Once production has begun, team orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. If you request to stop work mid-project, work will cease but payments already made are non-refundable due to the custom nature of each commission.

## Ordering beyond 10 portraits

The Studio Collection covers 10 portraits per bundle. If your team has more than 10 members, your dedicated contact will structure a custom proposal that accommodates your full headcount — with consistent pricing and a coordinated production schedule.
