The steps below walk you through the complete ordering process so you know exactly what to expect before, during, and after checkout.

Visit bareface.io/shop to explore the full catalogue of illustration styles. Each style page includes sample portraits and pricing, so you can compare the look and feel of each option before committing. Current styles range from the bold graphic lines of Pop Fiction (from 200)totherichlydetailedrealismofChronicle(from200) to the richly detailed realism of **Chronicle** (from 500), with options like Pencil Perfect, Refined Line, Portrait Plus, and the editorial-inspired Journal in between.

Select Your Portrait Style and Package

Once you’ve chosen a style, select the package that matches your order size:
  • Single — One portrait, ideal for individuals commissioning a personal portrait.
  • Trio — Three portraits at a bundled price, suited to small teams or individuals who want multiple variations.
  • Studio Collection — Larger volume options designed for teams and organizations that need consistent visual identity across multiple people.
Each package page displays delivery estimates and everything that’s included. If you’re ordering for a team of 10 or more, Bareface offers volume pricing and dedicated coordination support — contact the studio before placing your order to arrange this.

Add Optional Source Files

Before checkout, you can add the PSD source file add-on to your order. This delivers your completed portrait as a layered Photoshop document alongside your standard high-resolution PNG and JPEG files. The source file is particularly useful if you work with designers or agencies who need to integrate your portrait into broader brand systems or make future modifications.

Upload Your Reference Photo at Checkout or After Purchase

At checkout, you’ll have the option to upload your reference photograph directly. If you’d prefer to submit it separately, a secure upload link will be sent to you after your purchase is complete — you can use that link to submit your photo from any device, or via Dropbox or Google Drive. Receive Your Order Confirmation and Await Delivery

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation. Your reference photograph is then reviewed by the studio, and your commission is assigned to an artist whose expertise aligns with your chosen style. Most individual portraits are completed within 7–10 business days. Once your portrait is ready, you’ll receive a link to review and approve it, with two rounds of refinements included before final download.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 business hours once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, contact the studio as soon as possible after placing it.

Pricing at a Glance

Portrait pricing varies by style and package size. Single portrait commissions start at 200forPopFictionandreach200 for Pop Fiction** and reach **500 for Chronicle. Other popular styles — including Pencil Perfect (290),RefinedLine(290), Refined Line (250), Portrait Plus (250),andJournal(250), and Journal (320) — fall within that range. Trio packages and Studio Collection orders offer volume savings. For team orders exceeding $2,500, wire transfer and net-30 invoicing are available upon approval.
