Minimum order and team pricing

Team orders require a minimum of 10 portraits to qualify for team pricing. Once you meet that threshold, you receive preferential per-portrait rates compared to individual commissions. What’s included

Every portrait in a team commission includes the same deliverables as an individual order:
  • Your chosen illustration style, hand-drawn from the reference photo you provide
  • Two complimentary refinement rounds per portrait
  • High-resolution digital files (PNG and JPEG) suitable for web and print
  • Full commercial usage rights — use your portraits on your website, in presentations, marketing materials, publications, and more
PSD source files are available as an optional add-on. They include editable layers for post-delivery modifications and are especially useful for agencies working portraits into broader design systems.

Brand customization

Team orders support brand color customization. You can request that clothing, accessories, and backgrounds be matched to your brand palette — providing hex codes, Pantone references, or brand guidelines at the time of order. See Brand Customization for full details on what can be specified and how.
Every team order is assigned a dedicated point of contact who manages your project from inquiry through final delivery. You’ll have direct communication throughout, with priority scheduling and extended refinement coordination for larger projects.

How to get started

Submit a team inquiry

Fill out the team portraits inquiry form at bareface.io/teams with your organization details, team size, ideal timeline, and preferred portrait style. You can also reach the team directly at hey@bareface.io.

Receive a custom proposal

Your dedicated contact will follow up with a proposal outlining pricing, timeline, and any customization options relevant to your project.

Submit reference photos

Once you confirm the proposal, collect and submit reference photographs for each team member. We recommend designating a coordinator to gather and submit photos together for a smoother process.

Review and approve

Each portrait goes through the same proofing and refinement process as an individual order. You review work through two refinement rounds before giving final approval and downloading your files.
